Proceeds from this event support the Los Gatos Educational Foundation and the Los Gatos Morning Rotary Charitable Foundation. The LGMR Charitable Foundation supports the funding of artistic programs, grants, and scholarships in the greater West Valley are of Santa Clara County.

The Los Gatos Education Foundation is a tax-exempt organization of parents of the students of the Los Gatos Union School District, founded 23 years ago to provide supplemental funding for vitally needed enrichment programs at the elementary and middle schools. LGEF serves as the bridge to united LGUSD, parents, local businesses, and the community-at-large to provide a world-class educational program that produces well-rounded children with a life-long love for learning.
Since its founding, LGEF has raised nearly $4 million to fund smaller classes, the arts, music, science and math specialists, social/emotional learning at Fisher, teacher development, and digital and informational literacy. All this and more are what help maintain the recognition of Los Gatos schools as the finest in California.
The Cool Cats of the Los Gatos Morning Rotary Club are proud to be part of the outstanding fundraising efforts.

The Los Gatos Wildcat Marching Band and Color Guard performs at many school and community events including the LG Tree Lighting Ceremony, LG Children's Holiday Parade, Catshill Criterium Bike Race, Children's Fantasy Faire, Teacher Retirement Parties, and home Football Games. This dedicated group of students represents Los Gatos as they perform in Field Show Competitions throughout California each fall. Last spring, the LGHS Music Program competed against 40 groups in the Anaheim Heritage Festival and were awarded the "Spirit of Anaheim" Award given to the ensemble who best represented their school and their community. The LGHS Wildcat Band is very grateful to the LG Morning Rotary for their support. The grant money will be used to purchase new instruments and equipment for the program.
